Cancellation Policy
Once your date has been selected online, your $50 fee is due to reserve your booking. Hours of use must be confirmed with Surfrider Ranch in advance. Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, you will receive back 100% of your booking fees if the event is 30 days or more away; 50% of your booking fees if the date is more than 7 days away; and if the venue rental is less than 7 days away, you will loose your booking fees. Reschedule: If you decided to reschedule more than 7 days before booking date, you will be given the opportunity to rebook for free. If you decide to reschedule less than 7 days before your booking date, you will be charged an additional $25 to rebook. Rain check policy: In the event of poor weather, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for free.
