Day Rental Ministry Event
5 or 8 hour day rentals
Service Description
Experience the beauty and versatility of Surfrider Ranch with our day rentals! Perfect for ministry events, enjoy full access to our expansive fields, games and sports equipment, cozy fire pits, and a spacious multipurpose pavilion, complete with a full kitchen for food prep and a charcoal grill. Choose from our 5-hour or 8-hour day rental options to create your unforgettable gathering in a stunning natural setting!
Cancellation Policy
Once your booking has been accepted, you will need to place a $100 non-refundable deposit per day of use to secure your date(s). For example: if you book a 3 day weekend overnight ministry event, you will need to pay a $300 deposit to hold your dates. If you need to reschedule within 30 days of the event, you will need to make another $100 deposit to hold your next date(s). If your reschedule request comes more than 30 days before the event, we will waive the deposit for the new date(s). Client must provide proof of event day insurance to venue before use. Check in: 2pm Check out: 10am If your group needs extra time on site, an additional $150 for 5 hours or $200 for 8 hours can be added on for your convenience.
