Overnight Ministry Event
Service Description
At Surfrider Ranch, we offer an ideal setting for overnight youth campouts, men's and women's retreats, and leadership meetings. Our cozy bunkhouse accommodates 22 guests, complemented by a full-sized kitchen for meal prep and a versatile covered pavilion. Enjoy outdoor amenities including fire pits, open fields, and sports equipment, making it the perfect space for both relaxation and recreation. Experience nature and camaraderie at Surfrider Ranch!
Cancellation Policy
Once your booking has been accepted, you will need to place a $100 non-refundable deposit per day of use to secure your date(s). For example: if you book a 3 day weekend overnight ministry event, you will need to pay a $300 deposit to hold your dates. If you need to reschedule within 30 days of the event, you will need to make another $100 deposit to hold your next date(s). If your reschedule request comes more than 30 days before the event, we will waive the deposit for the new date(s). Client must provide proof of event day insurance to venue before use. Check in: 2pm Check out: 10am If your group needs extra time on site, an additional $150 for 5 hours or $200 for 8 hours can be added on for your convenience.
